Ignition SCADA I ScanSKU Barcode Scanner
Ignition SCADA by Inductive Automation is a web-based deployment, and the industry-leading toolset for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) — all on one open and scalable universal platform.
Settings:
When you build your app in Ignition, you can either have barcodes simply scanned into input fields, or you can 'listen' out for scans from our scanner. For the second option:
- Assign a prefix AND suffix on the ScanSKU Scanner in the app on the device called "Scan" (Blue Icon). For example, you might chose a prefix of $ and a suffix of ".
- Place the perspective BarcodeScanner Input component on a view and set its props.prefix and props.suffix with the same characters. They must be string characters and not numbers. More details on option 2 here
