30 Day Money Back Guarantee
ScanSKU is proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases under our ScanCare Program. If you purchase the product and don’t like it or it does not suit your needs, you have 30 days to arrange for a return and refund. Anyone wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee must return their product to one of 3 locations:
North Las Vegas, NV, USA
London, United Kingdom (Europe Returns to this location)
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return under the ScanCare Program, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. This includes, although is not limited to:
- No damage, or physical sign of use with the Product
- No damage or markings on, or labels attached to, the box the ScanSKU Scanner was delivered in.
- No missing parts such as charging cable, screen protector and anything else which came with the product.
- Scanners must be wiped of any data the user loaded onto the scanner. This is achieved through a ‘factory reset’
To arrange a return please email email@example.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a Returns reference number and details on where to send the returned item/s. ScanSKU will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition and meet the conditions set out under the ScanCare Program, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don’t not receive.
Items Lost In Transit
Occasionally orders can go missing in transit and not arrive at all. In this circumstance, please contact us with our order details. Orders which do not arrive will be eligible for a refund or have the order resent again based on the customers preference
ScanSKU warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the “Product”) are limited to the terms set forth in this document. ScanSKU warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by ScanSKU within the Warranty Period, at its option, ScanSKU will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. ScanSKU warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes ScanSKU property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes ScanSKU property.
Exclusions and Limitations
ScanSKU limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product or referenced to a link on our website. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. ScanSKU specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If ScanSKU cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No ScanSKU reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanSKU is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored on a ScanSKU device.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, ScanSKU liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product.
